Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for stabilizing combustion while suppressing the occurrence of smoke.SOLUTION: The fuel injection control device for a spark ignition type direct-injection engine 1 having an ignition plug 36 arranged at the center of a combustion chamber 31 and a direct-injection injector 67 for injecting fuel directly into the combustion chamber executes first fuel injection for injecting 80-90% of a total fuel injection amount in a period from an intake stroke to the first half of a compression stroke to form substantially uniform and lean air-fuel mixture, and second fuel injection for injecting 10-20% of the total fuel injection amount in the second half of the compression stroke to form locally rich air-fuel mixture around the ignition plug, when the operating condition of the spark ignition type direct-injection engine is a predetermined or higher load condition.
