Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase of signal lines while having a constitution to assure input of a drive signal, and to reduce the manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A fuel injection control device of this invention includes drive signal generating means for generating a drive signal for driving an injector based on various input signals, injection drive means for driving the injector based on the drive signal, drive current monitor means for monitoring a drive current flowing in the injector and outputting a drive current monitor output signal, estimated drive current monitor output signal calculating means for calculating an estimated drive current monitor output signal which is an estimated value of the drive current monitor output signal based on the various input signals, and determination means for determining whether the drive current monitor output signal is abnormal or not by comparing the drive current monitor output signal with the estimated drive current monitor output signal.
