Title:
FUEL INJECTION DEVICE FOR ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH02104934
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of responsiveness at the time of accelerating by reducingly correcting a synchronous fuel injection pulse quantity fed to a cylinder which belatedly becomes intake stroke after feeding asynchronous fuel injecting pulses.

CONSTITUTION: At the time of detecting the accelerating condition of an engine by an accelerating condition detecting means, asynchronous fuel injection pulses are fed simultaneously to the whole cylinders of an engine independently of synchronous fuel injection pulses. After feeding the asynchronous fuel injection pulses, a synchronous fuel injection pulse quantity which is fed to a cylinder which becomes an intake stroke later than a cylinder which becomes an intake stroke at the time of injection of the asynchronous fuel injection pulses is reducingly corrected by a reducingly correcting means. At the time of gentle acceleration with a relatively small throttle changing rate and a favorable fuel following property, a fuel injecting pulse duration at a stationary time is reducingly corrected by a defined value to restrain air-fuel ratio from becoming too rich because of an increased fuel quantity, ensuring the favorable combustion of cylinders. Thereby, a favorable drivability can be obtained.
