To prevent erroneous mounting of a fuel injection valve by accurately easily positioning the first/second jets in an injection part, for avoiding decrease of a swirl even in a fuel injection device provided with an intake control valve in either one of the first or second intake port, by preventing a reverse flow of fuel in the first/second injection passages, and stabilizing distribution of fuel between both the port parts.
In a manner isolating the first/second injection passages 44, 46, and positioning the first/second jets 34, 36 of an injection part 32 relating to the first/second injection passages, a bottom surface protruding part extended in a diametric direction through between the first/second injection passages is provided in a bottom surface of an insertion hole 38 of a partition 22. A side surface protruding part extended in the axial direction of this insertion hole is provided in a side surface of the insertion hole 38. On the other hand, a tip end surface groove part engaged with the bottom surface protruding part is provided in a tip end surface and a side surface groove part engaged with the side surface protruding part is provided in a side surface, of the injection part.
