To provide a fuel injection device superior in heat responsiveness of fuel flowing in a fuel passage, superior in heat separability of the fuel in the peripheral direction of the fuel passage, and capable of optionally controlling the fuel in a required fuel spray shape and the concentration in response to an engine operation state.
A heater 14 is annularly arranged along an inner peripheral surface of a casing 11, and is divided into multiple ones in the circumferential direction, and the respective heaters 14 are independently adjusted in the temperature in response to the engine operation state. The fuel in the fuel passage 15 is heated by the heater 14 existing just proximal thereto, and the fuel temperature is changed, and an extent angle and an arrival distance of a spray injected from an injection port 12 change thereby, and a fuel spray shape optimal for the engine operation state can be formed by individually and independently adjusting the temperature of the respective heaters 14.
