Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize a fuel injection device furnished with an air intake passage, an air chamber and an air intake control passage inexpensively and to improve lubricating work of a valve stem arranged in the air intake control passage by fuel.
CONSTITUTION: This device is divided into a chamber part 1 and an air intake control pipe part 8. The chamber part 1 has a chamber recessed part 2 to open 2A toward an upward air intake control pipe installation flange 5 from a bottom part 3 and a plural number of air intake passages 6 to open to an installation flange 7 on the side of an engine on a side wall. The air intake control pipe part 8 has an air intake control passage 10 the one end of which opens to a flange 9 and the other end of which opens to the outside air. The opening 2A of the chamber part 1 is blocked by the flange on the side of the chamber part 1 of the air intake control pipe part and forms an air chamber 11. The air intake control passage 10 is controlled to open and close by a throttle valve 83 installed on a valve stem 82, and a fuel injection valve opens to the air intake passages 6.
