Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a fuel passage extending to a fuel injection valve, and improve responsiveness for controlling injected pressure, and mounting performance by constituting a fuel injection device by a fuel injection valve housing and a pressure control unit, and integratedly connecting both parts by a connecting member of a screw structure at an attaching part formed individually.
SOLUTION: A fuel injection device 20 is composed of a fuel injection housing 21 and a pressure control unit, and a valve holder 42 of a pressure switching valve 25 for housing a needle valve 43 and a spring 44 is detachably mounted on a housing 40 of the pressure control unit. A solenoid valve 45 is mounted on an upper part of the valve holder 42, and a pressure control chamber 46 is partitioned between an upper end surface of the needle valve 43 and the solenoid valve 45. A check valve 26 with a throttle wherein an orifice 54a is disposed on a center of a check piece 54 is disposed continuously with a pressure switching valve 25. The pressure control unit and the fuel injection valve housing 21 are mutually connected to each other through a connecting member 23 screwed to attaching parts 40a, 21a formed individually.
