To provide a fuel injection nozzle for preventing change of an injection characteristic by reducing uneven abrasion of a valve part comprising a valve member and a valve seat.
A fuel passage 26 extending in an axial direction is formed on an axial center part of a nozzle needle 20. The fuel passage 26 is provided with an inlet passage 27 which is positioned on a reverse injection hole side of the nozzle needle 20 and which is separated from a fuel outlet 28a in an axial direction, and a center passage 28 which is communicated with the inlet passage 27 and which is formed on the axial center part of the nozzle needle 20. The inlet passage 27 is formed so as to communicate with the center passage 28 outside a center axis of the nozzle needle 20 from a fuel inlet 27a. When an abutting part 25 is separated from the valve seat 13 and fuel flows from the inlet passage 27 to the center passage 28, fuel flow flows out from the fuel outlet 28 as turning flow and is injected from a flow-out injection hole 11a. The nozzle needle 20 is rotated by force received from flow of fuel which flows from the inlet passage 27 to the center passage 28.
