Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forcibly cool a solenoid valve for controlling fuel injection timing in a distributor type fuel injection device.
SOLUTION: An electromagnetic coil of a solenoid valve 67 is disposed in an inner chamber 106 closed from the high pressure side. A roller 31 of a cam ring drive mechanism is supported to a cup-shaped roller thrust body 30, and the roller thrust body 30 is airtightly fitted into a radial hole. The roller thrust body 30 forms a fuel circulating pumping chamber 101 on the opposite side to the roller side. The fuel circulating pumping chamber 101 is connected to a fuel tank through a suction passage 102 having a check valve 104 opened in a fuel sucking direction. The suction passage 102 can reduce pressure to the fuel tank through a pressure reducing passage, and an inner chamber of the solenoid valve 67 is disposed at one of the passages.
