To obtain a high fuel pressure over a wide range from a low rotation to high rotation, by increasing overlapping of the drive timing to a fuel capacity decreasing direction of an operating piston and an auxiliary piston at low rotation time larger than at high rotation time of an internal combustion engine.
When an internal combustion engine is operated in low rotation, a rotational speed of a rotor shaft 5 is low, a piston speed is low, a delivery speed of fuel of an oil path 5a is low. Then, in an electric control device 50, in accordance with an operating condition of the internal combustion engine, timer mechanisms 30, 35 are controlled, a phase angle of force feed mechanisms 7, 8 is conformed, an overlapping degree of drive timing to a capacity decreasing direction of each cylinder hole of the force feed mechanisms 7, 8 is increased, a drive phase difference between pistons is made to 0. That is, delivery timing of fuel or the force feed mechanism 7, 8 is conformed, so as to increase a delivery flow speed in the oil path 5a of the rotor shaft 5, a fuel pressure is increased. At high rotation time, a phase angle between the pistons of the force feed mechanisms 7, 8 is shifted, delivery of fuel is dispersed, and by opening an electronic piston valve, surplus fuel is relieved.
