It is judged 44a if the engine start is permitted or not, and if the judgement is 'YES', the PO injector 10b is selected 43d, while if the judgement is 'NO', the AS injector 10a is selected. when the start disabled state is judged, the necessary heat generation quantity of the heater 17 is set 44d on the basis of the alcohol concentration and engine temperature.
