Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection state estimation device which can estimate a fuel injection state when performing minute injection up to further minute injection.SOLUTION: A fuel injection state estimation device is employed to a fuel injection system (10) having a fuel supply pump (16), a fuel injection valve (40) and a fuel pressure sensor (206), and comprises a fuel injection determination part which determines that fuel is injected on condition that a relationship between a parameter indicating a variation of fuel pressure and a first threshold falls into a prescribed relationship, and an injection state estimation part which estimates a fuel injection state when it is determined that the fuel is injected. The fuel injection determination part injects the fuel by minute single-stage injection on condition that the fuel is determined to be in a fuel cut state, fuel supply by the fuel supply pump is stopped, and fuel pressure is controlled to target pressure, and determines that the fuel is injected on condition that a relationship between the parameter and a second threshold which is set so as to more easily determine that the fuel is injected than the first threshold falls into a prescribed relationship.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
