Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of estimation accuracy of a fuel injection state in a fuel injection state estimating device.SOLUTION: An ECU 30 acquires a first waveform showing the change of a fuel pressure on the basis of the fuel pressure detected by a fuel pressure sensor 20 during injection of fuel by a fuel injection valve 10, calculates a waveform of a supply pulsation occurring by the fuel supplied to the fuel injection valve 10 from a common rail 42 through fuel piping 42b during injection of the fuel by the fuel injection valve 10 based on a model prepared in advance, acquires a second waveform by removing the calculated waveform of the supply pulsation from the first waveform, estimates an injection state of the fuel based on the acquired second waveform, and updates the model based on a prescribed portion from the point in which the fuel pressure is the minimum to the point in which the fuel pressure is increased and becomes constant of the acquired first waveform.
