Title:
FUEL INJECTION VALVE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3186159
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fuel injection valve which can hold an initial lifting rate with high accuracy even when dispersion occurs in a nozzle holder owing to compression distortion.
CONSTITUTION: A stopper wall is provided on an end of a nozzle holder 1 which houses first and second springs 10, 11, while a pressure pin 18 which is stopped while receiving a pressurizing force of the second spring is supported onto the stopper wall. A nozzle body 3 which houses a needle valve 25 is continuously arrarnged on the stopper wall. A distance corresponding to an initial lifting rate is formed between the pressure pin 18 struck against the stopper wall and the needle valve 25. The initial lifting rate is set according to the distance between an upper end of the needle valve and the pressure pin struck against the stopper wall, so that it is not influenced by measurement fluctuation of a nozzle holder, as in a conventional case.
