Abstract:
To provide a fuel injection valve promoting the atomization of fuel.
A nozzle body 10 is arranged as to cover a valve element 5a formed at the tip of a needle valve 5 from the tip side thereof. At the center in the tip of the nozzle body 10, a fuel passage hole 12 is formed, around which a seat part 10a is formed on which the valve element is seated. Orifice plates 13 and 14 having orifices are attached on the tip of the nozzle body 10 as to cover the fuel passage hole 12. The orifice plates 13 and 14 are formed with the respective orifices 13a and 14a to have stepped parts 16a and 16b both therebetween such that the orifices 13a and 14a are shifted inward as being directed downstream.
