Abstract:

To promote atomization and dispersion of fuel so as to improve combustibility by providing a first solenoid valve for controlling a fuel injection timing and an injection rate and a second solenoid valve for controlling an injection timing to a combustion chamber of EGR gas and an injection rate, and controlling combustion in which a fuel injection system and an intake/ exhaust system are assembled with each other.

A first solenoid valve 19 is interposed in a main fuel pipe 22 for guiding fuel forcibly fed from a fuel pump 8 to a fuel inlet of a main injection valve 2 annexed on an engine 1, and a second solenoid valve 20 is interposed in an EGR supplying passage 019 wherein a part of exhaust gas is taken in, is compressed by a compressor 14, and is led to a gas inlet of the main injection valve 2. Those solenoid valves 19, 20 are opening/closing controlled on the basis of operating conditions such as an output (a load), rotating speed, feed air pressure, and the like of an engine 1 by a controller 21. Fuel having a proper quantity and EGR gas are simultaneously injected from a main injection valve 2, atomization and dispersion of fuel are promoted, uniform combustion is realized, and high combustion efficiency is obtained so as to suppress generation of NOx and a black smoke.
