Abstract:

To accurately restrict a process value such as an engine speed and a vehicle speed in an upper limit value in an internal combustion engine arranging a fuel injection valve on the respective upstream and downstream sides of a throttle valve.

A total injection quantity determining part 101 determines the total quantity Qtotal of fuel injected from respective upstream and downstream side fuel injection valves 8a and 8b. An injection ratio determining part 102 determines the injection ratio Rupper of the upstream side injection valve 8a. In an injection quantity correcting part 104, an injection quantity restricting part 1042 restricts fuel injection by the respective fuel injection valves 8a and 8b when the process value such as the vehicle speed and the engine speed reaches or approaches a prescribed upper limit value. An injection quantity determining part 105 determines an injection quantity Qupper of the upstream side injection valve 8a and an injection quantity Qlower of the downstream side injection valve 8b.
