Abstract:
To adjust an injection pattern of fuel at the time of assembling an injector by arranging a nozzle plate on a leading end of a nozzle main body.
A nozzle plate 25, composing a fuel injection nozzle 21 together with a nozzle main body 22, has an attaching plate part 25A fixed to a leading end surface of the nozzle main body 22, and a nozzle cylinder 25C formed with an injection port 25D. In order to adjust an injection pattern, plural kinds of nozzle plates 25 having different length of injection ports 25D are previously prepared. The nozzle plate 25, suitable for adjusting the injection pattern within a regulated range, is selected among them, and fixed to the nozzle main body 22.
