When a valve element 3 is opened, fuel within the injection nozzle 2 is injected from an injection port 2C. The stopper plate 21 is constituted of a roughly C-shaped annular part 22 provided with a notch 22A and three leg parts 23 projecting outward in the radial direction from the outer peripheral side of the annular part 22.
