Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of assemblability and opening/closing operation of a fuel leak prevention valve.
SOLUTION: The plural number of elastic pieces 42 are molded en bloc downwardly at the lower end of the peripheral wall of a mounting hole 4 formed in a supporting bracket 11, and a convex fitting part 43 is molded en bloc on the inner surface of the lower end of each elastic piece 42. Correspondingly to this, a concave fitted part 44 is formed on the entire periphery of the outer circumferential surface of a housing 25 of a fuel leak prevention valve 14. Then, the housing 25 is assembled to the mounting hole 41 by inserting the housing 25 into the mounting hole 41 of the supporting bracket 11 from above and elastically fitting the fitting part 43 of each elastic piece 42 into the fitted part 44 of the housing 25. In this case, rotation of the housing 25 in the circumferential direction is prevented by fitting a convex engagement part 48 formed at the upper end of the housing 25 into a rotation prevention part 47 formed at the upper end of the peripheral wall of the mounting hole 41, and a gap between the housing 25 and the inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole 41 is sealed by an O-ring 46.
