The fuel leakage diagnostic device diagnoses the existence of the fuel leakage in the accumulating fuel injection device of the vehicle. The fuel leakage diagnostic system has a bubble detecting device 18 for detecting a bubble quantity included in fuel flowing in a fuel pipe 2 reaching an accumulator 7 form a fuel tank 1, and a fuel leakage diagnostic holding determining part 15 for holding a fuel leakage diagnosis when determining that the bubble quantity in the fuel is a predetermined quantity or more based on a detection value of the bubble detecting device 18.
