Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel lid device which improves appearance quality by making the protrusion of a fuel lid inconspicuous.
SOLUTION: In this fuel lid device 20, a fuel lid 14 is attached onto the vehicle body 11 through a hinge 21 so as to freely open and close, the fuel lid 14 is opened by the opening action of an open rod 15, and a locking means 22 of locking the fuel lid 14 at a closing position is mounted on the opposite side to the hinge 21, that is, on the rear end 16 of the fuel lid 14. The open rod 15 is mounted on the locking member 22 side and under a line 25 formed by connecting a latching pawl 36 of the locking means 22 with the hinge 21, that is, under the latching pawl 36.
