Abstract:

To prevent the generation of black smoke and wasteful fuel consumption while securing starting performance of an engine by a simple and low-cost constitution.

An amount governing device 21 of a fuel injection pump 20 for the engine E with a supercharger is constituted movably so as to govern the amount via a governor lever, an output rod 30 of a boost actuator 26 is locked to a force applied point J of a swing lever 31 supported to a swing support Q, and the amount increasing movement of the amount governing device 21 is suppressed by the application point K of the swing lever 31 by interlocked with the rising delay of the boost pressure P of the engine. One end of the swing lever 31 is supported to the swing support Q, and the force applied point J and application point K are set to the intermediate part and the other end of the swing lever 31 respectively. The swing support Q of the swing lever 31 is displaceably constituted by the actuator 40, and the fuel limiting mechanism of the boost actuator 26 is released by non-actuation of the actuator 40 in starting the engine and after starting the engine, retains the fuel limiting mechanism of the boost actuator 26.
