Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing plant of a fuel that can produce the fuel using waste matter that was previously disposed of in landfill.SOLUTION: In a manufacturing plant 1 of the fuel using the waste matter, mixed waste matter is accepted at a pretreatment line 2 and sorted into heavy products, fine-grained products and lightweight products at a fluctuation sorting line 3. At a first optical sorting line 4, plastics and plant-based substances are sorted from the heavy products. At a second optical sorting line 6, plastics and plant-based substances are sorted from the lightweight products and residues sieved from the fine-grained products at a sieve sorting line 5. At the first optical sorting line 4 and a third optical sorting line 7, the plastics are sorted, the plastics from the second optical sorting line 6 are added to be charged into a fourth optical sorting line 8, and the sorted plastics are collected as a first fuel. The plant-based substances sorted at the first optical sorting line 4, the plant-based substances sorted at the second optical sorting line 6 and the plant-based substances sorted at the fourth optical sorting line 8 are collected as a second fuel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
