To provide a fuel pump preventing poor operation of a motor part by inhibiting electrical short of a brush and a rotary shaft member of an armature.

The fuel pump is provided with a pump device, a motor device 4 that has a commutator 70 and the armature 42 and a shaft 19, a bearing member 18 rotatably supporting the shaft 19, a brush 27 supplying electricity to the armature 42 by making contact with the commutator 70, and a holder 201 including a partition wall 203 for supporting the bearing member 18 and electrically insulating the bearing member 18 from the brush 27. An end surface 181 on a side of the commutator 70 of the bearing member 18 is on an opposite side of the commutator 70 with respect to an end surface 204 on a side of the commutator 70 of the partition wall 203. Consequently, risk of short of the shaft 19 and the brush 27 can be reduced since axial direction length L2 is added to radial direction length L3 and short route length from the end surface 181 of the bearing member 18 to the brush 27 is extended.
