The fuel pump comprises a positive electrode brush 81 and a negative electrode brush 82 for supplying electricity by touching a commutator, a positive electrode side spring 91 for pressing the positive electrode brush 81 toward the commutator and a negative electrode side spring 92 for pressing the negative electrode brush 82 toward the commutator, and a partition member 41 having a hole 413 for making fuel from a motor containing passage pass through to a brush containing passage. The positive electrode side spring 91 is offset from the positive electrode brush 81, and the negative electrode side spring 92 is offset from the negative electrode brush 82. Furthermore, the fuel passing hole 413, formed in the partition member 41, is arranged between both springs 91 and 92, when viewed from the direction of the rotating shaft.
