A cover end 30 is formed in a circular plate shape and is provided to close the other end of a housing 10. A cylindrical portion 33 is provided on a central axis Ax1 of the cover end 30. A relief valve 90 includes: a cylindrical portion 91 formed integrally with the cover end 30 to protrude from an end face 35 of the cover end 30 on an opposite side from a pump cover 20; a valve seat portion 92 formed inside the cylindrical portion 91; a valve member 93 capable of abutting against the valve seat portion 92; and an urging member 94 urging the valve member 93 to a valve seat portion 92 side. The valve seat portion 92 is provided to lie on an opposite side from the pump cover 20 relative to the end face 35 of the end cover 30 on the opposite side from the pump cover 20.
