To provide a fuel pump that reduces the resistance of a flow passage formed between a rotor and a stator.
A motor portion 13 of the fuel pump 10 is a brushless motor having a stator core 40, a bobbin 50, a coil 54, and the rotor 60. The rotor 60 has a shaft 62 and a permanent magnet 64. The inside circumferential surface of the stator core 40 and the outer circumferential surface 68 of the permanent magnet 64 form the fuel passage 102, through which a fuel, the pressure of which is raised by a pump portion 12 of the fuel pump 10, flows. The permanent magnet 64 is formed by injection molding. The permanent magnet 64 has an injection mark on an end surface 67 in the axial direction of the shaft 62, but there is no injection mark on the outer circumferential surface 68 forming the fuel passage 102.
