Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel pump capable of suppressing oscillation.SOLUTION: A discharge side cover 35 has: a first press-fit part 81 press-fitted in an end part of a second cylindrical part 22 of a housing 20; and a second press-fit part 82 press-fitted in the second cylindrical part 22 of the housing 20 on a casing 61 side with respect to the first press-fit part 81. By configuring this way, in an integral molding of the discharge side cover 35 and a stator 41, not only one side in an axial direction but also the stator 41 side is supported by the housing 20 via the second press-fit part 82. Therefore, the integral molding is less likely to oscillate compared to a form in which only one side in the axial direction is supported. Thus, oscillation due to the oscillation of the integral molding can be suppressed.
