Oil seals 70, 71, interposed between an external peripheral surface of a rotary shaft 16 and an internal peripheral surface of a casing 13 supporting this rotary shaft 16 to serve as a seal member for sealing between the inside/outside of a pump chamber 29, are provided to be arranged in two rows in the axial direction, and a relief passage, making fuel, leaking out from between the peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 16 and the internal peripheral surface of the casing 13, escape in a prescribed location, is connected between the peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 16 and the internal peripheral surface of the casing 13, between the oil seals 70, 71. In this way, sealability, capable of sufficiently preventing fuel from leaking to the outside of a pump, is obtained.
