To reduce the load on an engine system accompanying generation of the static electricity by efficiently removing static electricity generated in an engine, battery, and relay box to consequently reduce the fuel.
The fuel reducing device includes an attracting magnetic body having a columnar ferrite magnet 3 attracted by a columnar neodymium magnet 2 as a pair and another attracting magnetic body having a columnar neodymium magnet 2 attracted by a columnar ferrite magnet 3 as a pair, which are attracted indirectly on the same axis via a non-magnetic pipe 4 forming a magnetic field space. The attracting magnetic body, the other attracting magnetic body and a third attracting magnetic body having a columnar ferrite magnet attracted by a columnar neodymium magnet as a pair are loaded successively via a non-magnetic pipe so that the columnar neodymium magnet 2 and the columnar ferrite magnet 3 are connected via an earth wire 7 to be connected with a conductive member in the vicinity of an internal combustion engine.
