To provide a fuel reformer burner capable of allowing both of the combusting of fuel gas and the combusting of anode offgas, and capable of preventing backfire during the combusting of the anode offgas.
A fuel reformer burner includes: a first pipe to which fuel for a fuel reformer is supplied; a second pipe which is not connected to the first pipe and to which anode offgas is supplied from a fuel cell stack; and a service pipe which is connected to the first pipe to supply air to the first pipe. The second pipe is formed outside the first pipe to be coaxial to the first pipe. The second pipe has a plurality of projections formed on an ejection surface for the anode offgas. The fuel for the fuel reformer and air supplied to the first pipe are ejected from an opening defined by the inner circumferential surface of the second pipe.
