To prevent a fuel from being discharged to the outside of a fuel tank when the fuel tank is put in the horizontal state or tilted, and to reduce the manufacturing cost of a housing.
A cylindrical part 14 having an air communicating hole 16 formed in the interior is integrally formed on the top surface of a housing 12. The air communicating hole 16 has one end communicating with a space formed in the housing 12 and the other end opened to a higher place than a valve seat 58. By this arrangement, the upper end of an opening of the air communicating hole 16 is positioned enough higher than an oil level even if a fuel shut-off valve 10 is tilted and a valve part 44 is put in the state before it closes the valve seat 58, whereby it is possible to prevent the disadvantage of the prior art that a fuel enters the fuel shut-off valve 10 through the air communicating hole 16 to be discharged to the outside of a fuel tank.
