To provide a fuel shut-off valve properly adaptable to requirements for fuel tanks having various shapes.

The fuel shut-off valve includes a case having a first opening on the lower side in communication with the inside of the fuel tank and a second opening on the upper side in communication with a canister, and having a horizontal hole on the lateral side, a lower float provided in a space of the case in an up-and-down movable manner and having a first valve on the upper side, an upper float provided on the upper part of the lower float in an up-and-down movable manner and having a third opening in communication with a second valve and the canister, a first valve seat provided on the upper float whose third opening is closed when the first valve abuts thereon, and a second valve seat provided near the second opening which is closed when the second valve abuts thereon. A valve member is provided for opening/closing the horizontal hole in linkage with the lower float or the upper float. The valve member opens/closes the horizontal hole depending on the position of the lower float or the upper float so that the horizontal hole has an opening area smaller when closed than when opened.
