To provide a fuel shutoff valve device that prevents stopping of oil feeding during the oil feeding due to early closing of the fuel shutoff valve device when feeding oil to a fuel tank, and prevents a part of fuel from being discharged to a canister side.
This fuel shutoff valve device has a casing, a float provided to be vertically movable within the casing, a valve element provided on an upper part of the float, a vent passage communicated with a downstream side of the valve element and at least one or more openings provided on a lower side of the float and located within the fuel tank. A wall body larger than the float is installed on a lower part of the float. The wall body may be extended up to a lower part of a float side surface, may be assembled on the casing at a snap fit or may be provided with a projecting part on a lower surface.
