To provide a fuel storage system capable of controlling the temperature of liquid fuel supplied to a fuel cell or an internal combustion engine and suppressing the deterioration of the startability of the fuel cell or the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: In a control method of a fuel storage system including a power unit including at least one of a fuel cell and an internal combustion engine, a first fuel storage unit in which liquid fuel supplied to the power unit is stored, a temperature acquisition unit that detects or estimates the temperature of the first fuel storage unit, and fuel temperature control means for controlling the temperature of liquid fuel stored in the first fuel storage unit, the fuel temperature control means controls the temperature of the liquid fuel in the first fuel storage unit to a predetermined temperature on the basis of the temperature of the first fuel storage unit acquired when the power unit is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
