To provide a fuel supply control device for an internal combustion engine capable of suppressing the deterioration in emission after high temperature restarting at highland.
An electronic control unit ECU determines whether it is high temperature restarting time or not based on the output of a water temperature sensor 29 and an intake air temperature sensor 19, and decides an initial increasing amount value based on the output of an atmospheric pressure sensor 21 when it is the high temperature restarting time. The initial increasing amount value is made to be large in inverse proportion to the atmospheric pressure. The electronic control unit ECU decides an air-fuel ratio feedback control starting time based on the atmospheric pressure. The air-fuel ratio feedback control starting time is made to be short in proportion to the atmospheric pressure. The electronic control unit ECU determines whether rich determination is conducted or not based on the output of an oxygen sensor 25, and starts air-fuel ratio feedback control after the air-fuel ratio feedback control starting time is elapsed since starting, when the rich determination is not conducted.
