To provide a fuel supply control device capable of extending a usable fuel pressure range in a cylinder injection type internal combustion engine equipped with a solenoid drive type fuel injection valve.
This device is provided with a high pressure pump 30 pressurizing fuel and pressure-feeding the fuel to a delivery pipe 50 connected to the solenoid drive type fuel injection valve 40 of the cylinder injection type internal combustion engine, and EUC 60 controlling operation of a low pressure pump 20 and the high pressure pump 30. The ECU 60 sets an upper limit of fuel pressure in the delivery pipe 50 based on engine water temperature detected by a water temperature sensor 61 (or detected or estimated temperature of a solenoid of the fuel injection valve 40).
