To provide a fuel supply device for an internal combustion engine capable of effectively heating a fuel in a simple structure and quickly supplying the heated fuel.
The fuel supply device 1 includes a fuel rail 2 for supplying the fuel F to a fuel injection valve 4, and a heating member 3 for heating the fuel F. The fuel rail 2 includes a fuel circulation section 21 for circulating the fuel F, and a fuel retaining section 22 for retaining the fuel F and heating the retained fuel F with the heating member 3. The fuel retaining section 22 is communicated with the fuel circulation section 21, and is formed in a direction parallel to a fuel circulating direction X at the outside of the fuel circulation section 21. The heating member 3 is arranged so as to make a heating surface 30 face the fuel retaining section 22 of the fuel rail 2. A fuel suction port 411 of a fuel supply section 41 for supplying the fuel F from the fuel retaining section 22 to the fuel injection valve 4 is arranged by facing the heating surface 30 of the heating member 3 in the fuel retaining section 22 of the fuel rail 2.
