To provide a fuel injection device for an internal combustion engine inhibiting amplification of pulsation accompanying resonance of a pulsation damper.
A low pressure regulator 19 is operated in an open state of a fuel pressure selection valve 22, insides of delivery pipes 11R, 11L get in low fuel pressure states, and a downstream side of the delivery pipe 11L is blocked. A high pressure regulator 17 is operated in a close state of the fuel pressure selection valve 22, insides of the delivery pipes 11R, 11L get in high fuel pressure states, and the downstream side of the delivery pipe 11L is opened. In an engine operation condition where the pulsation damper 23 resonates under the low fuel pressure state, the downstream side of the delivery pipe 11L is opened by setting the fuel selection valve 22 in a close state and getting insides of the delivery pipes 11R, 11L in the high fuel pressure state.
