Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device including a cylindrical housing storing a brushless motor having a rotor in which a magnetic pole member is connected via a resin joint member to a rotary shaft in a coaxial and relatively non-rotatable manner, and a brushless motor to be rotationally driven by the brushless motor, for actualizing firm fixture of the rotary shaft, the joint member and the magnetic pole member to one another and achieving a good rotation balance.SOLUTION: An impeller connection part 25a having a cutout 36 shaped by a rotary shaft 25A partially cut out in the peripheral direction is integrally formed at one end of the rotary shaft 25A. In one of the rotary shaft 25A and a magnetic pole member 24A, a first recess 37 is formed which is arranged at a position where a rotation balance with the cutout 36 is obtained. On the other of the rotary shaft 25A and the magnetic pole member 24A, a plurality of second recesses 38 are formed at equal spaces in the peripheral direction. A joint member 26A is formed to fill up the first recess 37 and the second recesses 38.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
