Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device capable of measuring fuel in every one cycle with high accuracy and supplying it to an engine.SOLUTION: Fuel in a fuel well into which a fixed amount of fuel is injected each time a pulse injector operates is supplied to an intake passage in an intake stroke. An electronic control unit allows the operation of the pulse injector. The electronic control unit defines a plurality of 720-degree stages which are updated depending on the rotating angle of a crank shaft to cycle with one cycle of the operation stroke of the engine as a period. Each 720-degree stage includes a reference stage and a plurality of general stages each corresponding to a smaller rotating angle than the reference stage. Within a period for the reference stage, a plurality of pseudo crank stages are defined. From the 720-degree stages and the pseudo crank stages, the operation starting stages of the pulse injector are selected so that, when the current 720-degree or pseudo crank stage corresponds to the operation starting stage, the operation of the pulse injector is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
