Abstract:
To suppress noise and the vibration of the piping which are generated when a check valve arranged at the fuel piping is valve-closed by the propagation of the pulsation of fuel by adjusting fuel pressure, in a fuel supply device.SOLUTION: In a fuel supply device 10, a check valve 40 is arranged at first low-pressure fuel piping 14 into which fuel is discharged from a feed pump 12. In the fuel supply device 10, a high-pressure pump 20 having a pulsation damper 22 is connected to second low-pressure fuel piping 18 which is branched from the first low-pressure fuel piping 14. The fuel supply device 10 comprises a pump control part 52. The check valve 40 comprises a mechanism for suppressing valve-closing caused by pulsation from the high-pressure pump 20 side. The pump control part 52 performs pump stop processing when stopping the feed pump 12. In the pump stop processing, low-pressure side fuel pressure being the inner pressure of the first low-pressure fuel piping 14 is boosted by increasing a rotation number of the feed pump 12 before the feed pump 12 is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
