Title:
FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM OF DIESEL ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3502821
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve control responsiveness.
SOLUTION: In a fuel system of a diesel engine, when load increases during electronically controlled operation, exceeds the full load and causes an electronic output part 13 to be separated from an electronic input part 14, and thereby the electronically controlled operation is switched into mechanical metering operation, then a controller 8 of an electronic governor 3 detects the electronic output part 13 having been separated from the electronic input part 14, based on the metering position deviation between a desired metering position and the actual metering position, and stores integral values of the engine speed PID and the metering position PID shown when separation starts. After that, when load decreases during the mechanical metering operation and falls below the full load, and the actual engine speed exceeds a desired engine speed, then the controller 8 of the electronic governor 3 substitutes the integral values shown when separation starts, which have been stored, for control variables of the engine speed PID and the metering position PID shown when controlled.
