PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system for an engine that can effectively inhibit a rise of temperature of fuel for a high-pressure fuel system even when idle stop control is executed.SOLUTION: A fuel supply system for an engine includes a temperature sensor 50 for detecting fuel temperature of a first delivery pipe 26 and configured to execute forced circulation of fuel when the fuel temperature of the first delivery pipe 26 exceeds a first threshold while idle stop control is executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
