PURPOSE: To improve combustion efficiency by forming a constriction part where supplied fuel passes upstream of a fuel supply means in a fuel supply passage to atomize the fuel in the constriction part, thereby supplying air-fuel mixture increased in contact area between air and fuel to a combustion chamber.
CONSTITUTION: A fuel supply system 10 is formed by a cylinder 11 having a through path 12 in a longitudinal axis portion connecting the centers of both end faces 11a, 11b to be functioned as a nozzle. The through path 12 is formed like a funnel by a conical part 14 having a large opening 13 opened at one end face 11a and a tubular part (constriction part) 16 communicated with the conical part 14 and provided with a small opening 15 opened at the other end face 11b. The cylinder 11 is installed in an inlet part of a fuel tube. Thus, the fuel is atomized by the constriction part 16, so that an air-fuel mixture increased in contact area between oxygen in the air and fuel is supplied to the combustion chamber so as to achieve efficient complete combustion.
