To keep density of fuel additives in fuel to a predetermined value or higher to avoid affecting DPF regeneration performance.
A fuel supply system includes: a fuel tank 12; a filler pipe 32 for supplying fuel to the fuel tank 12; and a storage tank 16 for storing a fuel additive 14 supplied to the fuel tank 12. An extending part 36 is close to a communication port 34 of the filler pipe 32 and is formed in a portion where the fuel flows in directly at a supply to the fuel tank 12. An injector 44 for injecting the fuel additive 14 from the storage tank 16 into the fuel tank 12 is provided in the fuel tank 12. The fuel additive 14 is injected into the extending part 36. Even though the fuel in the fuel tank 12 is sucked by a fuel pump arranged on a side of an engine 20, there is no problem.
