Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact fuel supply unit of high spacial efficiency and suitably applied in a small-sized car.
SOLUTION: In this fuel supply unit wherein a lower bracket plate 32 is connected to an upper bracket plate 31 mounted on a fuel tank 18 to close its opening part 23, through three support rods 33 suspended in a fuel tank 18, and a fuel pump 25 is mounted on the lower bracket plate 32, three support rods 33 are arranged on a concentric cycle C with the lower bracket plate 32 in a state that each interval between adjacent support rods is irregular. The fuel pump 25 is mounted on the lower bracket plate 32 at a part of the narrowest interval between the adjacent support rods 33, and a fuel filter 27 for filtering discharged fuel of the fuel pump 25 is mounted on the lower bracket plate 32 at a part of the widest interval between the adjacent support rods 33.
