To improve a start characteristic and an operation characteristic of an internal combustion engine equipped with a fuel system at a high operation temperature and prolong an endurance life of the fuel system.
A shut-off valve device 66 hydraulically operated is placed in a leakage guide pipe 64. The shut-off valve device is controlled by a pressure in a section positioned upstream side of a shut-off device 26 of a fuel connection part 24.
