PURPOSE: To obtain the fuel tank supporting structure which is easy at the installation of the fuel tank in such a way that after a fuel tank is pressed into a tunnel of a floor panel, it is tightly fixed by a freely rockable tank band.
CONSTITUTION: A tunnel 2 which rises up from the floor panel 1 is installed at the center part in the width direction of a floor panel 1. When a fuel tank 4 is assembled in the tunnel 2, a tank band 3 is liberated beforehand, and the fuel tank 4 is lifted up in such a way that it is pressed from the lower part through a buffer material 8 to the inside 2B and the upper side 2c of the tunnel 2. Then, the tank band 3 is lifted up in such a way that its curved part 3A and horizontal part 3B are brought into contact from the lower part to the lower angular part 4A and the bottom side 4 of the tank 4, and a free end 3C is fastened and tightly fixed to the inclined part 1A of the floor panel 1.
